Will I receive an invoice for my order?

I cannot enter my address during checkout. What can I do?

What should I consider if I have a delivery agreement with the carrier?

The shipment is considered delivered once it is placed at the agreed location. After that, no claims can be made. Please ensure personal receipt of the package.

How long does delivery take?

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you did not receive this email, please contact us.

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel an order, please contact us or by phone.
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, you may return the goods using the withdrawal form.

Why was my payment declined?

Can I order without VAT?

At this time, we are unable to process tax-exempt orders for U.S. or Canadian customers, even if a valid resale certificate or business tax ID is provided. All orders placed through our website will include applicable sales tax based on the shipping destination.

How much is the shipping?

We ship your parcels free of charge within the US & to Canada.

Can I change an order after placing it?
