If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, you may return the goods using the withdrawal form.

At this time, we are unable to process tax-exempt orders for U.S. or Canadian customers, even if a valid resale certificate or business tax ID is provided. All orders placed through our website will include applicable sales tax based on the shipping destination.
